Belly, Buns & Balance!
In the 1st session we explore the gluteus muscles (Buns!) and how they support us in balance and stability. For the two weeks following this session all of my public classes will focus on different ways to target and strengthen our Buns using common yoga poses.
In the 2nd (and final) session we explore the deep core muscles (Belly!) and how they support us in keeping upright and mobile. For the two weeks following this session all of my public classes will focus on targeting our Bellies in various yoga poses.
