Driven with passion for a deeper understanding of interpersonal dynamics, Catherine left a career in corporate sales to receive a degree in Social Psychology at San Francisco State University, after which, she attained a Professional Coaching Certification at New Ventures West in San Francisco. With that, she facilitates group workshops, conversation circles and retreats focusing on a variety of personal growth topics such as interpersonal communication, inner shadow discovery, team bonding, anger management and meditation—all with the intention of promoting a better understanding of Self to enrich stronger bonds of community. Not only is she skillful in the art of facilitating group conversation, she works with clients on an individual level assisting their personal growth process by assessing their unique needs and perspectives and designing and implementing a program to attain client-specified goals. While still very committed to her work as a coach, Catherine took her Yoga practice to a new level by completing a 500-Hr. Yoga teacher training program at Yoga Tree in San Francisco. Armed with the wisdom and experience of many years of a dedicated personal practice, Catherine shares her knowledge with students in both private and public classes. She has found that her ability to teach and guide people into deeper body awareness marries beautifully with her skillful ability to coach and support them in their journey of cognitive, spiritual and relational development.
