Improve your game through postures that focus on upper back & hip mobility, balance, core strength & breath. 

Tuesdays, 6:15-7:30 a.m.

This is not your typical yoga class. It combines physical therapy technique with classic yoga postures. It offers a slow and steady pace and is completely approachable for beginners.

*If you would prefer to take one class to check it out before committing to a whole month, you may do so with a one-time drop-in of $20.
